How much do I pay per month once the site is live?
Maintenance is €15/month (hosting, security, backups and small changes). A .pt domain is about €15 a year and is registered in your name. If you have the AI assistant, add €10/month. Ads only if you want them, paid directly to Meta.
Is the website mine?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and, after final payment, the site files are yours too. If you ever want to move to another provider, we hand everything over.
Do I need copy and photos ready?
No need to have everything ready. We write the copy with you after a short chat. Photos can be yours or licensed stock images.
What if the assistant gives a wrong answer?
The assistant only uses the information you give us: services, “from” prices, hours, address. When it doesn’t know, it says so and passes the customer to your WhatsApp. In the first month we review the answers with you.
Do customers know they’re talking to an assistant?
Yes, always. It introduces itself as automated in the first message — it’s the right thing to do and it’s required by EU law (AI Act).
Is the Facebook & Instagram campaign really included?
The setup is included with the Website and Website Pro packages. The ad budget is yours, paid directly to Meta — we suggest €5–10 a day for 14 days to test. We don’t guarantee results: we guarantee a well-built campaign.
How long does it take?
Between 5 and 14 working days depending on the package, counted from the deposit and content. The homepage design is ready in 2–3 working days.
Do you only work in Fátima?
We’re based in Fátima and work with businesses all over Portugal. Everything is handled over WhatsApp and video calls.
How does payment work?
50% to start and 50% when you approve the site, by bank transfer, with an invoice. Prices exclude VAT.
